The following forms can be completed online or downloaded and submitted to the McNair Office at Iowa State:

Faculty Mentor of the Year Nomination (award presented at the Annual Spring Research Symposium )

Graduate Student Mentor of the Year Nomination (award presented at the Annual Spring Research Symposium )

McNair Application and Transcript Fee Assistance (Scholars: use for application item reimbursements, i.e. applications, transcripts, additional GRE score reports, etc.)

Request for Research Funds (use for expenses related to academic and/or faculty-mentored research projects)

Request for Travel Funds (use for travel expenses for conferences, graduate school interviews, etc.)
